Location: Groot Handelsgebouw, Rotterdam unit A1.196.
We would like to invite you to the kick-off of a new research year of the LDE Inclusive City Hub on Wednesday the 14th of February! From 16:00 onwards we will try to find answers to the question: How can we create an inclusive society in which people become an active part of solutions for a circular and resilient Metropolitan Region Rotterdam-The Hague (MRDH).
Three short lectures from practice, science and policy will give an inspiring introduction to the new research to be done by our students next months. We will discuss three themes (see attached):
- Circular Mindsets – placemaking & involvement in The Hague
- Farm Cooperatives – connecting city & landscape in Midden-Delfland
- Empowering Commons – conversations for action in Rotterdam
We will be happy to discuss these issues with you and to reflect on the proposals of our students from Leiden Delft and Erasmus.
We hope to welcome you on the 14th, please register here!
