About the speakers
Nico Tillie, Head of the Urban Ecology Lab at TU Delft, focuses on biodiversity and sustainable urban landscapes. He leads the TU Delft ECOcampus project, promoting campus greening and circularity, and has worked on urban ecology and climate adaptation in cities worldwide. With a Ph.D. in Synergetic Urban Landscape Planning, he is an expert in plantings and nature-based solutions, co-authoring the Nature-Based Urbanism approach.
