The Dutch PhD-CE (Circular Economy) Council is looking for new members! Are you a PhD Researcher exploring a topic related to the circular economy? Are you studying at a Dutch University and would like to help nurture and grow this exciting network, by co-organising networking events, research-based talks, fun excursions, etc.? Then we invite you to join the Dutch PhD Circular Economy Council.
Who are we?
The Dutch PhD Council is a member of the Dutch Academic Network on Circular Economy (DAN-CE). It is an initiative supported by LDE-CfS, Utrecht University and Maastricht University.
The Network is in its early stages of development, but you can read about our goals below!
Our current goals
- To connect to peers that are also concerned with circular-economy research;
- To share knowledge and experiences on doing a PhD in the field of the circular economy;
- To broaden your networks and explore synergies and possible future collaborations.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for two to three people to join our efforts and help us shape the vision of the PhD-CE network.
The time commitment is about 2-3 hours per month, including a monthly meeting.

The Dutch CE PhD Council invites you to a meet-and-greet with the Dutch CE PhD Network, on November 1st at 5 pm, within the context of the third Dutch Academic Network on Circular Economy’s (DAN-CE) meeting. This event will happen on 1 November 2022 from 9:30 to 16:30 at Radboud University, Nijmegen.
