We would like to invite you to the Idea Market hosted by the LDE Inclusive City Hub on Wednesday the 25th of April! After a successful kick-off, our BSc and MSc students from Leiden, Delft and Rotterdam have started working on interesting circular & inclusive tasks for the region (MRDH) and neighbourhoods. Come along and see their preliminary results and visions during this interactive idea market. This networking event will take place in the Groothandelsgebouw unit A1.196 in Rotterdam on Wednesday, April 25th, between 16h-19h.
Topics
From 16:00 onwards, different students will showcase their studies on different topics:
- Effective Collaborations for circular product innovation
- Experimental art to engage community with circular economy
- Environmental action by introducing the ecocoin
- Facilitate and stimulate citizen initiatives
- Urban commoning strategies and design
- Current state of urban agriculture in the Hague
- The success of sustainable urban agriculture business
- Problems of implementing Bokashi
We’d love to discuss these issues with you and to reflect on the studies of our students from Leiden, Delft and Erasmus during the market on the 25th!
Location & Travel directions
The event will take place in the Groot Handelsgebouw, unit A1.196. The Groot Handelsgebouw is located at the Stationsplein 45 in Rotterdam, in front of Central Station. Enter through (main) entrance A, go to the first floor and immediately turn left after leaving the elevator or stairs. There you will find the hub directly on the right with a view over the station square. When arriving by car you can park in the basement of the building, to be entered via the Conradstraat.
